Hub Remontu — site preview

Challenge

A renovation studio is judged on work it has already finished, so the portfolio had to carry the site. The difficulty is that renovation photography arrives in batches, in mixed formats, long after a project closes.

The site also had to answer the two questions every visitor arrives with: what the studio actually does end to end, and what happens after the first call.

[ process ]

  1. 01.

    Research

Service map, the questions clients ask before signing

  2. 02.

    Design

A project card that survives mixed photography

  3. 03.

    Development

Next.js front end on a PayloadCMS content model

  4. 04.

    Launch

Content migration, analytics, handover to the studio

Solution

A portfolio-first site where completed projects are the primary navigation and services sit behind them. PayloadCMS models a project once — cover, gallery, scope, description — so the studio adds new work itself, and the layout holds whether a project ships with five photos or fifty.

Stack

  1. 01.Next.jsFront end and static page generation
  2. 02.PayloadCMSThe studio publishes new projects itself

Result

Completed renovations go up without a developer in the loop, and the portfolio is the part of the site visitors reach first — full-cycle design and renovation shown rather than described.
