The schedule never sits still — courses start, workshops fill, shows move. A site that needs a developer for every change stops being updated within a month.
It also had to hold two audiences at once: someone booking a seat for Friday, and someone deciding whether to spend a season learning to perform.

Courses and events share one content model, so the team schedules a workshop the way it schedules a show and signups hang off the same record. The front end is statically generated and revalidated as the schedule moves, which keeps a changing programme fast to load.
